Tell us in advance and we'll adapt. We've run events for groups with mixed mobility, SEND learners, and team members recovering from injuries. No one gets left out.

We run events across Birmingham city centre and the wider West Midlands. Venue sourcing available on request.

Yes — through our handpicked network of venue and catering partners. You get one invoice, one PO, one payee — we handle the suppliers on your behalf.

We've got it covered. Outdoor venues use weatherproof 3G pitches, and indoor options are available on request.

90 to 120 minutes for the games themselves. Most clients pair it with food and drinks for a half- or full-day away-day.

The sooner the better, especially for summer and December. Short notice sometimes possible — get in touch.

Yes to both. We're fully insured, and RAMS documentation is available on request. We'll send it over with your quote if needed for internal sign-off.

Yes — our handpicked food partners cover it all. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, allergies, no problem. Tell us what your team needs and we'll get it organised.

We invoice. A deposit secures your date, with the balance and final numbers due seven days before the event.
